Ocho Rios is a new build project on an exclusive private estate in Oxshott, Surrey, that Mary and her team designed from concept right through to completion. The project took over 2 years to complete, from the initial design stage and demolition of the old house to the final finishing touches to the new.

Working very closely with the architects, Fraser Kirkcaldy architects, and builders Bellairs Building company, Mary and her team designed and managed the entire project, making every design decision from choosing the external brick colour, down to the last scatter cushion. The project was very successful and the end result was described as ‘Simply Stunning’ by top agents Knight Frank. It is presently being marketed at over six million pounds.
